Cancellation & Returns Policy

At Trendy House, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory. However, if you need to cancel or return your order, we’ve made the process as easy as possible.

 

Order cancellations

1. Cancelling an Order Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before it has been shipped.

  • How to Cancel: Simply contact our customer service team at support@trendyhouse.in or call +91 9412345425 with your order details.
  • Refund: If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

2. Cancelling an Order After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process after receiving the item.

Return Policy

We want you to love your new shoes, but if they don’t fit or meet your expectations, you can easily return them.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in Original Condition: The item should be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Original Packaging: Please return the product in its original packaging, along with all tags and accessories.
  • Return Window: You can return the product within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (if applicable)
  • Customized or personalized products (unless there is a defect)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Step 1: Email us at support@trendyhouse.in or fill out the return request form on our website. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Our customer service team will review your request and send you a return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in the original packaging and drop it off at the nearest courier service.

4. Return Shipping

  • Free Returns: We offer free return shipping on all domestic orders. For international orders, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return Shipping Label: If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. After approval, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your bank, it may take 3 days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases (e.g., items not returned in original condition), we may issue partial refunds.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll process the exchange and ship the new item to you, free of charge (if applicable).

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with unboxing video of shipment showing issue, and we will either replace the item or provide a refund (if applicable)
