Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, including tags.
- We only accept returns for products purchased directly from trndyhouse.in
- Custom orders or final sale items are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Visit our Returns Portal and log in using your order number and email.
- Select the items you wish to return and choose your reason for return.
- Print the return shipping label provided by us and attach it to your package and wait to courier person to come.
- Handover the package to courier person next working day.
Return Shipping Fees:
- Domestic returns (within the India): Free returns available, if defective products delivered. Returns are chargeable in some other cases.
- International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
Condition of Returned Items:
- If items are returned in a used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
2. Exchanges
How to Exchange an Item:
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process outlined in section 1.
- Choose the “Exchange” option when selecting your return reason.
- Once your original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or another replacement option.

Exchanges typically take 5-7 business days to process once we receive the item.
3. Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund has been processed. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds for Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.
Partial Refunds:
- Items not returned in their original condition or beyond the return window may qualify for a partial refund.
- In rare cases, items with obvious signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
Received a damaged or faulty product?
We apologize for the inconvenience. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trendyhouse.in with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- Unboxing video of delivered product is mandatory for returns in case of damaged or defective products delivered
We will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the item, and a replacement will be sent at no extra charge.
5. Late or missing refund
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period:
- Double-check your bank account or payment method.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing delays can occur.
